Job Summary
Product Associate role spanning Product Development and Program Management, owning the full New Product Development lifecycle from ideation to shelf, coordinating cross-functional teams, and driving products to market with speed, quality, and commercial impact. Responsibilities include executing NPD processes, managing scope/cost/schedule, mitigating risks, surfacing gaps, and escalating issues to senior management. Collaboration with commercial teams to enable go-to-market success, data-driven decision making using KPIs, and ensuring alignment with business strategy through partnership with Design, Marketing, and Supply Chain. Strong communication to executive audiences and maintaining clear program governance documentation. Requires a Bachelor's degree in engineering/technical/business management and 1–3+ years in product development or program management; proficiency with AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, CoPilot) and typical PM tools; agile mindset and ability to work across geographies.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, technical, or business management discipline
- 1–3+ years of experience in product development or program management within the consumer goods industry
- Strong cross-functional leadership skills
- Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and MS Project
