Job Summary
Product Associate/Manager to own core systems and experiences powering how developers and teams purchase, manage, and grow with GitKraken. Drive product roadmap for subscriptions, org management, notifications, and settings; write clear specs and user stories; prototype and ship solutions grounded in research and data; align Finance, Marketing, and Customer Success to launches and measurement; collaborate with Engineering and leadership to ensure impact across 40M developers and 100k organizations. Emphasis on cross-functional collaboration, data-driven prioritization, and leveraging AI tools to move fast in a hybrid-office environment.
Required Qualifications
- 0–6 years of experience in product management, engineering, or project management
- Entrepreneurial and systems-thinking mindset
- Strong attention to detail and data-informed prioritization
- Clear communication skills for writing specs and coordinating with leadership and engineers
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-moving environment
- Experience or comfort working with cross-functional stakeholders across technical and non-technical teams
