Job Summary
Support lash category strategies aligned with global brand goals by conducting market research, tracking trends, and identifying white space opportunities. Coordinate product development tasks including packaging updates, pricing inputs, and regional adaptations while partnering with R&D, sourcing, and design teams. Collaborate with sales and retail partners to tailor assortments, prepare sell-in materials, and localize product claims, artwork, and regulatory needs across international markets. Monitor competitor activity and influencer impact to inform product strategy. This role drives category growth for brands including KISS, imPRESS, and Falscara within a global platform serving over 100 countries.
