Job Summary
Support product strategy and roadmap development by collecting and analyzing performance metrics to inform decision-making. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define user workflows, requirements, epics, and stories while participating in product planning sessions and discovery activities. Partner on user research, journey mapping, and market analysis to identify opportunities aligning with business goals. Execute and monitor data quality checks, analyze results, and drive root cause analysis and remediation. Maintain governance artifacts, build reporting dashboards, and track quality trends, SLAs, and data health. Drive enablement and transparency by surfacing data quality insights to stakeholders. Requires 2+ years in product or project management, SQL, and Python proficiency.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management, project management, or a relevant domain area.
- Developing knowledge level of the product development life cycle.
- Exposure to product life cycle activities including discovery and requirements definition.
- Emerging knowledge of data analytics and data literacy.
- experience in data management, analytics, or related roles (internships and academic projects count).
- Familiarity with data quality concepts, data profiling, and data governance.
- Demonstrated experience with SQL and Python, along with proficiency in other data analysis tools.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
- Interest in financial services, asset management, or wealth management.
Desired Qualifications
- Demonstrates a strong interest in leveraging emerging technologies, such as AI, large language models (LLMs), and intelligent agents, to enhance efficiency and effectiveness across day-to-day job responsibilities.
- Experience with data quality tools and reporting platforms.
- Understanding of metadata, data contracts, and centralized rule registries.
