Job Summary
Product Associate responsible for end-to-end ownership of assigned product categories, maintaining item attribution accuracy, leading quality control, and serving as the primary internal liaison to agents and suppliers. You will collaborate with Product Development, Procurement, Graphic Artists, and Inventory teams to ensure data integrity, compliance, and timely product updates throughout the production cycle. The role requires proactive problem identification, cross-functional communication, travel as needed for market and supplier visits, and a strong emphasis on product knowledge, attention to detail, and accountability to uphold product standards.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Merchandising, Marketing, Business, or related field preferred
- Experience with Product Information Management (PIM) systems and product catalog workflows is a plus
- Prior experience in gift/home décor/furniture/lighting/design industry is preferred
