Job Summary
In-Home Product Assembler Technician duties include completing daily customer orders for installation or assembly in customers’ homes, confirming appointments, validating work orders, assembling per National Assemblers’ specifications, leaving homes clean, and completing follow-up notes in NAI’s system. The role emphasizes problem solving, carpentry/installation skills, strong communication with customers, reliability, and a willingness to travel within a ~75-mile radius. Training pays a base rate of $20/hour during training, followed by piece-rate pay that can convert to $20-$30/hour equivalent; opportunities exist for in-store certification and additional certifications (e.g., grill) to increase earnings. Requirements include independent work with reliable transportation, valid driver's license and auto insurance, ability to lift 40 pounds, and travel to customer locations.
