Job Summary
As an In-Home Product Assembler Technician, you will visit customer homes to assemble products per National Assemblers' specifications, starting with in-home certification and potentially advancing to in-store certification. Daily duties include receiving and completing orders in customers’ homes, communicating with customers to confirm appointments, verifying work orders, assembling products to spec, delivering quality service, leaving homes clean, and recording follow-up notes. The role requires own transportation, the ability to travel within a ~75-mile radius, and lifting up to 40 pounds. Training begins at a base rate of $20/hour, with compensation transitioning to a piece-rate model after training, and potential earnings averaging $20–$30/hour when converted to hourly pay. Certifications (including in-home, in-store, and grill certifications) are available and can enhance earnings. Essential traits include problem-solving, reliability, strong communication, and a team-oriented attitude.
