Job Summary
Own end-to-end ServiceNow platform architecture, roadmap execution, and hands-on development. Define platform strategy, serve as the platform authority, and ensure capabilities align to business processes across global enterprise needs. Drive delivery through a mix of direct work and oversight of vendor-delivered solutions, including ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CMDB, and third-party integrations. Define architecture standards and governance, translate requirements into scalable and secure solutions, assess and modernize existing systems, govern vendor delivery under SOWs, ensure global consistency, and advance automation and platform adoption. Proficiency in JavaScript, Flow Designer, Business Rules, CMDB design, CSDM, and integrations is required.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field
- 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow management
- 3-5 years of experience in owning platform operations and managing vendor delivery
- Experience in development of JavaScript, Flow Designer, Business Rules, CMDB design, CSDM, integrations
