Job Summary
Conduct preliminary architectural assessments of potential land acquisition opportunities, including reviewing zoning regulations, planning codes, and site constraints such as topography and utilities. Calculate preliminary development efficiency, Gross Buildable Area, and unit mix while supporting financial feasibility analyses with accurate architectural input. Coordinate with surveyors, legal advisors, and external consultants during due diligence, prepare technical evaluation reports, and liaise with local authorities regarding planning requirements. Maintain records of development guidelines and monitor market trends and regulatory changes affecting land projects. Assist in preparing presentations and recommendations for investment committees and senior management.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture (5-year program) or ETEK registration
- 3+ years of experience in architectural design, preferably in real estate development, master planning or land acquisition
- Proficiency in AutoCAD 2D and MS Office
- Working knowledge of Cyprus planning/building permits and building regulations
- Fluent in English and Greek (written and spoken)
Desired Qualifications
- Experience working with developers is highly desirable
- Experience in BIM (Revit or ArchiCAD) is a plus
