Job Summary
Product Applications Engineer for Veeco in Boise, Idaho. Develop and research new applications for ion beam systems; engage with customers to drive application development, maintain BKMs, support product enhancements, and provide training. Requires advanced degree options (BS with experience, MS, or PhD) and experience in thin film technologies, semiconductor processes, and cross-functional collaboration. Occasional travel to Plainview, NY.
Required Qualifications
- BS degree and at least 5 years of related experience in thin film technologies or related equipment, or an MS degree in engineering, physics or chemistry and at least 3 years of related experience, or a PhD degree is required
- At least 2 years of experience with customer support or management is required
