Job Summary
Product Applications Engineer leading GaN tech adoption with end-to-end ownership from concept to deployment; develop hardware/software evaluation platforms; perform in-application validation, benchmarking across Si/SiC/GaN, drive system-level optimization, generate data-driven content, collaborate with research institutes and universities, and engage with customers and engineering teams.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in Electronics Engineering, Physics, or related field
- Strong power electronics background (LV to 1200V)
- Proven hands-on hardware development experience (design, bring-up, debug, validation)
- Experience with GaN or SiC preferred
- Strong system-level mindset linking application and device behavior
- Experience in benchmarking and performance analysis
- Understanding of AI/data center power is a plus
- Understanding of motor control, including humanoid robotics, is a plus
- Ability to manage HW & SW development end-to-end
- Practical, lab-oriented, problem-solving approach
- Strong communication skills and global customer engagement capability
