Product and Training Lead

Job Summary
Lead the customer and product training function for a growing technology company, designing and delivering scalable training programs for customer onboarding, product adoption, and internal enablement. Build and oversee curricula and training materials, deliver through webinars, workshops, events, and on-site sessions, and partner with Sales, Customer Success, Support, and Implementation to align with product releases and deployment best practices. Drive cross-functional collaboration to identify training gaps affecting adoption and retention, and help grow the training function to support 300+ customers across North America, enabling teams with effective product knowledge and adoption strategies.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience developing and delivering training programs in a technology, SaaS, or software-driven environment
- Proven experience building end-to-end training programs, including curriculum design and delivery
- Experience working with customer onboarding, enablement, or customer success teams
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles and curriculum development frameworks
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts
- Strong organizational and project management abilities
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams including product, sales, support, and marketing
- Experience with technical systems, communications networks, data platforms, or infrastructure-related technologies is considered an asset.
