Job Summary
Conduct job site reviews to confirm scope, site conditions, and measurements, then create accurate material lists for upcoming projects. Support project drawings by reviewing 2D drawings for scope changes, confirming framing meets code, and verifying each drawing matches the contractual agreement. Coordinate with vendors on availability, pricing, and lead times while handling a significant portion of material ordering. Manage service calls by diagnosing issues with installed products, coordinating the fix, and following through to resolution. Assist with new product implementation and rollout while upholding company policies and procedures.
Required Qualifications
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Comfortable owning multiple projects at once
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and contractual scope
- Clear communicator
- Reliable, self-directed, and able to work both independently and closely with the Product and Service Manager
- Willingness to conduct job site visits as needed
Desired Qualifications
- Basic understanding of framing and building code
- Familiarity with decking and building materials
- Experience with Trex or similar composite products
- Comfortable coordinating with vendors and negotiating lead times
- Construction, estimating, or building-materials experience
- Ability to learn quickly
