Job Summary
Develop and maintain the project roadmap for the social e-commerce platform while collaborating with UI/UX designers and developers to ensure timely deliverables. Analyze current business processes to identify automation opportunities, then develop and document Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) using Zoho One applications. Implement automation strategies by coordinating with various teams, configuring Zoho apps, and monitoring optimized processes for efficiency. Establish and manage sprints to meet project milestones, gather requirements from internal teams, and provide training for new systems. Ensure clear communication of project status and challenges to stakeholders while fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in project management and process automation
- Strong understanding of UI/UX principles and familiarity with platform architecture
- Hands-on experience with tools like Zoho One or similar platforms
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to document processes, create roadmaps, and lead sprints
