Job Summary
Product and Operations Lead - ServiceNow responsible for defining and owning the multi-year ServiceNow roadmap, aligning platform capabilities with ITSM/CMDB and digital transformation goals. Lead governance boards, collaborate with senior directors, manage licensing and vendor relationships, and drive workflow automation and integrations beyond ITSM. Coordinate with an offshore 3rd party to ensure delivery and operability, maintain stakeholder relationships, champion the platform across the business, and support personal and professional development within a hybrid office/remote environment at Bracknell. The role emphasizes strategic vision, governance, cost optimization, and owning business outcomes with a strong focus on stakeholder engagement and cross-functional accountability.
Required Qualifications
- 8-10+ years in product management or enterprise platform ownership
- significant exposure to the ServiceNow ecosystem, ITSM and CMDB
- Technical Certifications: CSA or CIS in ITSM/CMDB/ITOM/CSDM (preferred)
- leadership in managing multidisciplinary teams
- budget ownership and ROI focus
