Product and Engineering Support Intern

Job Summary
The P&E Support Intern will work on various hardware and software projects for both our home office and field teams, performing triage and resolution of Help Desk tickets, identifying frequent problems and trends, and assisting with setup, configuration, and deployment of PCs, phones, printers, and other devices. The role acts as a liaison between IT staff and end-users, providing technology training and support, and requires the ability to meet in-person requirements in Cincinnati, OH. Reports to the Sr. Manager, IT within the Product & Engineering - Information Technology department. This internship emphasizes hands-on IT troubleshooting, documentation of service needs, and collaboration with the Help Desk team on resolving issues in a fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications
- Strong work ethic and can-do attitude
- Experience with networking, troubleshooting, ticketing systems, and anti-virus software is a plus
- Basic knowledge of Citrix, Microsoft Windows, and iOS preferred
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, with strong Excel skills
- Ability to prioritize multiple assignments, work independently, and take initiative
- Ability to meet in-person requirements of the team and/or business needs
- Ability to work effectively with a team
- Ability to manage the stress of a fast-paced environment
