Job Summary
Onboard custom first and third-party audiences with vendors like LiveRamp and OpenAP, then create optimized media plans and proposals. Deliver in-flight pacing updates and post-campaign wrap decks while keeping internal and external business pipelines current. Document product requirements, user journeys, and workflows for new features, then engage with engineering and customers to determine best implementations. Translate direct customer feedback into concise instructions for developers and ensure all documentation and client-facing materials remain up to date. Perform QA and UAT on new product features prior to release, working with leadership to prioritize the Univision roadmap. This role reports to the Director of Advanced Advertising within TelevisaUnivision's ad sales division, focusing on data-driven advertising processes and cross-platform media planning.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, business management, marketing, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience at a premium broadcaster/publisher, DSP, SSP or advertising agency
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage complex timelines with multiple deadlines
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal & written, with meticulous attention to detail
- Ability to work cross functionally with internal operation, technology, data, and sales teams
- Ability to manage multiple external vendors
- Knowledge of data, analytics and technology related to advertising ecosystem
- Familiarity with automated/programmatic sales channels
- A fast-learning curve, with the ability to understand our customers' needs on both a business and technical level
