Job Summary
Software Product Analyst responsible for documenting functionality through written and automated test cases, training documents, and client-facing release notes. Works as a liaison across business units to ensure quality and advocate for end-user workflow during planning, testing, and release processes. Responsibilities include performing testing on various browsers and devices, reviewing requirements for testability, validating positive and negative expectations, triaging defects with Client Service, planning enhancements with Software Development and Product teams, developing test plans, use cases, and repeatable manual test scripts, writing training materials and internal documentation for new features, and writing client-facing documentation and training materials.
Required Qualifications
- 2-6 years experience testing web-based applications
- Experience with writing client facing documentation
- Experience with test automation tools
- Strong time management: uses time effectively and efficiently concentrating efforts on most important priorities
- Strong organizational skills: uses resources effectively and efficiently arranges information and files in a useful manner
- Can effectively cope with change/ambiguity and shift gears comfortably
