Job Summary
Product Analyst to craft business and functional requirements for user-friendly applications, focusing on optimizing adoption and aligning product delivery with customer needs. Responsibilities include analyzing software products based on user feedback and market trends, eliciting and prioritizing requirements, developing features and detailed acceptance criteria, maintaining user guides, ensuring traceability from high-level requirements to software specifications and test cases, conducting market and customer research, and communicating priorities to internal stakeholders. Collaborates with cross-functional teams including Software Developers and QA Engineers; creates application and data workflow diagrams; provides training to staff on requirements gathering and analysis; may travel internationally as needed; English as main language required with French or Spanish a plus. Required Qualifications
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
- Advanced degree in Computer Science or Engineering
- 5+ years IT experience or 8+ years with BS in Computer Science or Engineering
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Ability to travel internationally as required
