Job Summary
Conduct in-depth analysis of software products based on user feedback, market trends, and competitor offerings. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather functional and non-functional requirements, then elicit, document, and prioritize product requirements and specifications. Develop features and user stories with detailed acceptance criteria, ensuring traceability from high-level requirements to software specifications and test cases. Create application and data workflow diagrams while communicating priorities and status to internal stakeholders. Review feature requests and operational issues to facilitate resolution of requirements conflicts between stakeholders. Provide training to staff on requirements gathering, analysis, and review. Support the long-range direction of the product department function and monitor technology trends to inform product direction.
Required Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Computer Science or Engineering
- 5+ years' IT experience
- 8+ years with a BS in Computer Science or Engineering
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
- English as main language
- ability to travel internationally as required
