Job Summary
Own the delivery process for the payment direction, managing global transaction flows of tens of thousands of daily payments across major card brands and banking emitters. Drive conversion and revenue growth by analyzing payment method effectiveness, identifying conversion bottlenecks, and initiating full-cycle integrations with new partner solutions validated through A/B testing. Lead end-to-end product discovery by proactively scanning the market and competitors to validate new payment solutions with clear business impact. Manage the full lifecycle of hypothesis validation, including design, development, testing, and analytics, while collaborating cross-functionally with Operations, Analytics, Finance, and Marketing. Oversee the proprietary fraud monitoring system to detect and respond to incidents within minutes.
Required Qualifications
- Глибокий досвід у Product Management (IT) на рівні Middle+/Senior або Product Analytics
- Бажання розвиватися та перейти в Product Management
- Трек-рекорд успішного доведення проектів до результату (Delivery) навіть в умовах високої невизначеності та складних викликів
- Високий рівень ownership
- Досвід безпосереднього впливу на продуктові та фінансові метрики: Approval Rates, Conversions, LTV, ROI, вміння рахувати Unit-економіку
- Вміння проводити комплексні дослідження: аналіз конкурентів, ринку, моделей монетизації на основі реальних кейсів та глибокої аналітики
- Сильна, структурована комунікація: вміння чітко аргументувати власні рішення цифрами та фактами
- Експерт з Delivery та складних проектів
- Вміння керувати повним циклом інтеграцій Third-Party Providers
- Вміння розвивати глобальну інфраструктуру
- Глибокий практичний досвід з аналітикою та гіпотезами
- Вміння приймати ключові рішення
Desired Qualifications
- Досвід у домені платежів/FinTech
- Досвід в екосистемі SKELAR або Genesis
