Job Summary
Senior Product Solutions Associate collaborates with Product, Analytics, Business, and Technology to define and configure complex product solutions for key client relationships and prospects. Responsibilities include leading product/design strategies, defining and prioritizing user stories, maintaining a backlog with India engineering, ensuring acceptance criteria, supporting Agile ceremonies (Release Planning, Sprint Planning, Reviews, Retrospectives), translating requirements into technical designs and test plans with developers and testers, contributing to user research and market analysis to inform the product roadmap, and conducting pre-release reviews and QA to certify production readiness. Requires 3+ years in product management, a customer-centric mindset, strategic thinking, stakeholder influence, Agile/Scrum proficiency, and a BS/MS in CS or Business Management. Must be authorized to work in the United States.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in product management, financial services, and digital
- Passion for understanding customer needs and demonstrated ability to build digital products
- Ability to think strategically and to connect the dots to the bigger picture, while being accountable for diving into the details required to ensure successful execution
- Proven success in collaborating, influencing, and guiding decisions with multiple stakeholders, including team members across product, technology and design
- Strong understanding of product development using Agile / Scrum, including experience in writing high quality user stories and acceptance criteria for both back-end and front-end requirements and familiarity using tools such as JIRA or equivalent
- BS or MS in Computer Science, Business Management, or comparable field of study
