Job Summary
Define product requirements and manage a value-driven backlog to enable Sales, Order Entry, and ecosystem interfaces. Translate commercial needs into actionable product specifications, evaluate solution options, and lead end-to-end delivery using agile methodologies. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, business leaders, and external partners to improve customer experience and drive impact on Danone business objectives. Analyze key metrics to measure product success and synthesize user stories and design thinking for scalable solutions. Partner with technology vendors to deliver features that enhance customer adoptability of sales platforms.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in IT for Sales Tools, Operations and SAP SD
- Bachelor's Degree within a Business IT or Computer Science related discipline or equivalent combination of education, training and experience
- High technical skills to build functional/integration diagrams in L0,L1,L2 levels
- Leadership skills to work with developers and external partners
- Business Partnering : Be a business translator! Ability to assemble, analyze, and evaluate data and to be able to make appropriate and well-reasoned recommendations and decisions to the Business stakeholders and the Project / Development Teams
- Curiosity, adaptability, and the ability to operate in a fast‐moving environment
- Strong functional knowledge of Sales tools, SAP Sales & Distribution
- Experience applying product management, agile delivery, and user/product centric design practices
- Ability to synthesize to write user stories / User Experience / Design Thinking / Data integration
- Test user stories to ensure acceptance and validation to meet product goals
- Strong analytical, communication, and cross‐functional collaboration skills
- Regularly report to your assigned office location at least 3 days per week
Desired Qualifications
- Knowledge and experience with Jira (Atlassian) a plus
- Experience with automation, machine learning, or advanced analytics is a plus
