Job Summary
Product Analyst responsible for owning Pendo instrumentation and the analytics stack to convert product data into actionable KPIs for roadmap decisions. Partner with Product Managers to define success, measure adoption, and drive customer value. Responsibilities include building and maintaining a Pendo tracking plan, configuring funnels/cohorts/segments, implementing data-quality guardrails, ensuring privacy-safe event capture, producing post-launch readouts, tying product metrics to business outcomes, building dashboards, enabling self-serve reporting, and supporting experimentation and in-app guides. Cross-functional collaboration with PMM/Marketing, Customer Success, and Data/BI is key. Requires 4–7+ years in product analytics or equivalent in B2B SaaS, and direct experience in agriculture, animal protein, livestock operations, or food supply chain is preferred. Strong communication, enterprise-product experience, and proficiency with analytics tools are expected.
Required Qualifications
- 4–7+ years product analytics or equivalent in B2B SaaS
- Experience with enterprise product teams
- Strong written & verbal communication skills
- Familiarity with analytics tools (Pendo Analytics/Amplitude/Mixpanel, CRM like Salesforce, Marketo/HubSpot)
- Experience translating data into executive-level narratives
- Experience coordinating with Product Managers
- Ability to build dashboards and self-serve reports
- Knowledge of data privacy and PII minimization
- Experience with experimentation (A/B tests, staged rollouts)
- Nice to Have: pricing strategy, packaging, and commercial motions for SaaS modules
- Nice to Have: familiarity with farm operational systems (ERP, sensors, MES)
- Nice to Have: channel/partner marketing experience
- Cross-functional influencer abilities
- Storytelling and project management skills
