Job Summary
Product Analyst on NordVPN’s Data Collection team focused on using data to improve customer experience and drive business growth. Responsibilities include partnering with Product Managers to drive data-informed decisions, building advanced reusable dashboards and reports for key product metrics, analyzing core and experimental data to identify opportunities and risks, and presenting insights to stakeholders. The role requires experience in SQL, Looker/Tableau, eCommerce/conversion optimization, strong communication, collaboration across data and product teams, and a proactive, fast-paced mindset. The role offers hybrid work with three office days and two days remote, plus a broad benefits program.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in a Data Analyst role
- Solid understanding and experience of SQL (Google BigQuery as an advantage)
- Solid experience in analytical tools (eg. Looker, Tableau)
- Proven experience in eCommerce, conversion optimization, and web applications
- Deep knowledge of data models, analysis methods, and best practices
- Team-spirited, collaborative, curious, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Self-motivated and self-managing, with great organizational skills and eager to learn
- Effective communication skills: present ideas, discuss, achieve consensus and buy-ins, and communicate progress
- Ability to clearly and effectively present analysis and insights to the team and stakeholders
