Job Summary
Product Analyst to join our local Nashville, TN team supporting MEDITECH Expanse implementation, optimization, and ongoing operations. Collaborates with the HCA Expanse product team, executives, product owners, analysts, project managers, clinicians, and technical solution providers to guide standardized workflows, monitor governance, evaluate current-state practices, and ensure enterprise standards. Drives issue escalation and proactive issue identification to improve end-user experience and long-term stability, with guidance, oversight, and governance emphasis over hands-on configuration. Coordinates application testing, implementation, and optimization, supports incident resolution with service desk and technical teams, and helps develop policies, procedures, best practices, and training. Requires 3+ years of healthcare application support or clinical systems experience and experience with enterprise EHR environments; Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience. Hybrid work arrangement in Nashville; local candidates only.
