Product Analyst - HR/Payroll

Job Summary
Partner with HR, Payroll, IT, and business stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze processes, and deliver effective HR technology solutions. Configure, maintain, and enhance SAP SuccessFactors, primarily Employee Central and Onboarding 2.0, while managing Role-Based Permissions, Business Rules, Workflows, and MDF Objects. Support system enhancements, integrations, testing, UAT, and bi-annual SAP release activities, investigating and resolving system issues to provide end-user support. Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to deliver projects and continuous improvements, including change management, user training, and adoption initiatives. This role combines business analysis, system configuration, testing, product delivery, and production support responsibilities within the ALDO Group's global footwear and accessories portfolio.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience working with SAP SuccessFactors and enterprise HR technology platforms
- Experience with SuccessFactors Employee Central, Onboarding 2.0, and related modules
- Knowledge of RBP, Business Rules, Workflows, MDF Objects, Foundation Objects, and HR system integrations
- Experience gathering business requirements and working in Agile environments
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Desired Qualifications
- SAP SuccessFactors certification
