Job Summary
Product Analyst at First Advantage is responsible for supporting product implementations and monitoring solutions within the Product Solutions team. You will collaborate with cross-functional groups—Product, Technology, Sales, and Customer Success—to demonstrate and support monitoring solutions, participate in discovery and solutioning for new customer implementations, and assist post-live activities. You will create and maintain product documentation (RFPs, FAQs, guides) for client implementation teams, guide customers through testing and implementation, and manage a high volume of implementation tasks with minimal supervision. The role requires the ability to explain features and benefits to current and prospective customers, think creatively and proactively solve integration problems, maintain professionalism and discretion with confidential information, and work independently while coordinating with diverse stakeholders to drive successful customer outcomes.
Required Qualifications
- Three or more years experience in customer implementations
- Experience working with Sales and Client Success Teams from pre-sales through implementation lifecycle in B2B SaaS
- Customer-focused with passion for user experience
- Ability to understand technical and business aspects of the product and represent end user needs
- Strong interpersonal, collaboration, and relationship-building skills
- Proven ability to solve complex problems with diverse stakeholders
- Organized, detail-oriented, able to work autonomously with limited supervision
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize a high-volume workload
- Willingness to learn new concepts and develop new programs
