Job Summary
Monitor SLAs and operational performance across product workflows, flagging misses or anomalies while investigating root causes behind process breakdowns. Build and maintain actionable reporting dashboards that surface bottlenecks, then own end-to-end operational workflows with clear visibility into status and outcomes. Drive provider expansion by managing the full lifecycle of new connections, coordinating intake, data mapping, and handoff toward automation. Partner with product, integrations, and engineering teams to identify opportunities for moving manual support to scalable automation, independently executing on ambiguous problems with a focus on speed and quality. Set clear deadlines across multiple simultaneous projects and document processes to enable optimization.
Required Qualifications
- Data-driven, analytical, and operationally minded, with a track record of using metrics to identify and resolve process issues
- Comfortable working in ambiguous, evolving processes where the path isn't always fully defined
- Strong reporting and analytics skills, with experience building and interpreting operational metrics
- Proven experience handling structured data (Excel, CSV, JSON, etc.)
- Comfortable working in process-heavy, operational environments with multiple moving parts
- Able to independently manage and set clear deadlines across multiple simultaneous projects
- Strong written communication skills and ability to clearly document processes so they can be optimized over time
- Comfortable coordinating with multiple parties and building relationships both internally and externally
- Working knowledge of Python for data analysis, scripting, or automation
- 2–4 years of experience in business operations, product operations, business/data analysis, or a related analytical role at a financial, tech, or fintech company
Desired Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience working across multiple datasets
- Familiarity working with payroll/HR systems or retirement
- Experience in a technical support, product operations, or business analyst role — preferably with an API-based or hyper-process-oriented product
- Experience building dashboards and tracking metrics in tools like Sigma
- Familiarity with Snowflake or other cloud data warehouses
- Comfortable digging through logs (e.g., Datadog) to help investigate operational or technical issues
