Job Summary
Product Analyst (Entry) for EBA Operations focusing on supporting and optimizing EBA applications including Kronos iSeries, UKG WFM Pro, and Lawson. Responsibilities include day-to-day operational support, serving as primary point of contact for end users, troubleshooting and root-cause analysis, collaborating with IT/HR/Payroll/Operations, analyzing performance and user feedback, supporting enhancements, upgrades, testing, maintaining documentation, ensuring data integrity and compliance, and training end users on best practices.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 2–5+ years of experience in a Product Analyst role
- Proven experience in customer support
- Hands-on experience with Kronos iSeries, UKG WFM Pro, and/or Lawson
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience supporting enterprise applications within a workforce management or HRIS environment
- Excellent communication skills
