Job Summary
Product Analyst (1 year contract) collaborates with Product Managers to brainstorm, design, develop, and execute product efforts across lines; translates client feedback into product requirements and specifications, supports pricing, marketing, and sales strategies, and compiles reports and insights from complex data to inform strategic decisions. Requires a Bachelor's degree in Business/Commerce/Economics/Finance, strong Excel skills, data-analysis capabilities, client-centric communication, and adaptability. Role is hybrid (3-4 days in-office) in Toronto, ON.
Required Qualifications
- Must Have: Recent graduate with a Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, Economics, or Finance
- Proven skills and experience in quantitative analysis and/or financial engineering skills in financial products and other asset classes including, but not limited to equity financial products
- Attention to detail, collaborative, self starter, results oriented
- Client-centric with effective communication skills and relationship building
- Demonstrated learning agility - able to adapt quickly to changes
- Advanced knowledge in Microsoft Excel
- Demonstrated proficiency in prompt engineering and the practical application of AI tools to accelerate product development and rapid data analysis
