Job Summary
Transform stakeholder ideas into user stories, feature scopes, and technical requirements while creating customer journey maps, wireframes, and prototypes to define the user experience before development. Investigate system behavior, navigate databases, and resolve reported issues by working side-by-side with front-end and back-end developers to ensure technical feasibility. Build close relationships with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze user behavior, and champion product improvements that solve real-world pain points in commercial mortgage lending. Implement system changes and configurations to tailor lending solutions, serving as a key support contact for triaging inquiries and driving timely resolutions.
Required Qualifications
- Two (2) years of experience in a product analyst, business analyst, or project management
- Post-secondary education in computer science, business, information technology, commercial real estate, or a related field
Desired Qualifications
- Having a PMP or BA certification
