Job Summary
Product Analyst will support the Patient Accounting core team on IT Billing Operations initiatives, including processing workflow between SSI Claims Director and Optum Assurance Reimbursement Management, and writing requirements for system enhancements for Patient Accounting (Core) and Healthcare Payment System (HPS). The role involves providing operational support, testing and implementing card readers, and collaborating with the business to define requirements for improvements. Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance or related field, seven years of job costing, revenue and profitability data, expert-level Excel (formulas, pivot tables), and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with strong customer service orientation.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree with emphasis in Accounting, Finance or related Business-related majors
- Seven (7) years of job costing, revenue and profitability data
- Expert level user of Excel – creating and utilizing formulas, pivot tables
- Able to work in fast paced environment with ability to respond to change in priorities
- Professional demeanor and positive attitude; customer service orientation
