Job Summary
Own the end-to-end adoption arc for AI-enabled use-cases: from discovery and PoC design to onboarding live usage and ongoing enablement. Translate business needs into structured requirements and user stories for engineering and design, define AI features with guardrails for different contexts, and manage onboarding of use-cases onto the core AI platform with clear scope, success criteria, and timelines. Track adoption health, collect structured user feedback, and collaborate with Product, Engineering, UX/Design, and Change/Communication to design adoption interventions. Strong analytical mindset, stakeholder credibility, and ability to communicate between business language and product/technical teams are required; experience with AI-powered tools and metrics-driven product analysis is highly valued.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in a product, business analysis, change management, or consulting role with direct exposure to technology products and end-user adoption challenges
- Bachelor's degree in any field
- Direct experience with AI-powered tools — practical understanding of LLM capabilities, limitations, and human factors that determine adoption success
- Demonstrated ability to translate use-cases into clear requirements and user stories; structured stakeholder engagement; ability to manage multiple use-cases in parallel
