Product Analyst

On-siteSan Francisco, California, United States
Job Summary
Investigate edge cases and unexpected behaviors in integrations through structured debugging, then write precise, engineer-ready specs for new features, improvements, and bug fixes. Design and execute thorough test plans to catch edge cases engineers and customers miss, while documenting rollout steps and owning post-launch monitoring. Synthesize feedback from customer calls, support tickets, and onboarding observations to translate product pain points into actionable specs, partnering with the AM/onboarding team to prioritize fixes. Build internal documentation for integration behaviors and testing frameworks that scale as the product grows, identifying gaps in the development process. Expect ~80% of time spent on technical investigation, feature specs, QA, and rollout rather than strategy or roadmap ownership.
