Product Advisor | Sherway Gardens

Product Advisor in a Rocky store delivers a memorable, authentic in-store experience by applying natural product knowledge to advise customers on journeys toward a natural product or lifestyle; responsibilities include delivering exceptional customer service, supporting team knowledge and collaboration, maintaining in-store brand presentation, sharing customer feedback with the Store Leader, addressing concerns, driving revenue and metrics (revenue, ATV, conversion), ensuring product quality and presentation, and self-managing tasks to enhance the in-store experience. The role requires proven customer service in retail, teamwork, a passion for natural products, a positive, fun demeanor, and a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays (minimum 15 hours per week, with at least two closing shifts per week and availability on two of three weekend days). Legally authorized to work in Canada is required.
