Job Summary
Conduct daily sales activities by determining client vehicle needs through active listening and prospecting to expand the customer base. Demonstrate new and pre-owned vehicles, including test drives, while utilizing closing techniques and profit-minded negotiation to finalize transactions. Maintain comprehensive product knowledge of features, specifications, and inventory, participating in all available training to stay abreast of technological changes. Deliver vehicles to customers, ensuring they understand operating features, warranties, and paperwork, while introducing them to service personnel. Set monthly productivity goals, organize plans to reach objectives, and adhere to all dealership processes to maintain high customer satisfaction ratings. Follow safety policies and report any accidents immediately.
