Product Advisor | Canmore (Part-Time, August - January)

Demonstrate personal customer service and selling skills aligned to Rocky's standards while advising customers on natural products and lifestyle journeys. Encourage team members, participate in in-store presentations to maintain brand standards, and address customer concerns with intent. Drive revenue and performance metrics including revenue, ATV, and conversion by tidying, replenishing, and managing assigned tasks to ensure a consistent shopping experience. Report quality issues timely and share customer feedback with the Store Leader to foster continuous improvement. This seasonal part-time role requires a minimum of 15 hours per week from August through January 2027, including evening closing shifts and weekend availability, with a target hourly pay of $19.00 and performance-based bonuses.
