Job Summary
As a Product Acceptance Specialist, you will verify routine product conformance to design requirements, providing objective evidence of results. Responsibilities include performing audits, surveillance, and monitoring, identifying and documenting discrepancies, controlling non-conforming items, and conducting product reviews with customers during verification. Candidates should have a minimum of 1 year in aerospace or manufacturing, with at least 1 year in a quality inspection role, and must be physically capable of performing essential activities.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ year of aerospace, fabrication, or manufacturing experience
- 1+ year of experience as a Quality Inspector or in a related inspection role within a similar industry
- Must be willing to work any shift based on the needs of the operation
- Must be able to perform physical activities such as climbing, bending, kneeling and lifting
Desired Qualifications
- 3 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Experience identifying engineering characteristics on product and utilizing calibrated equipment to measure and report results
- 3 or more years inspecting aircraft structures
- 3 or more years inspecting electrical systems
- 3 or more years inspecting carbon fiber
- 787 Program Experience
- Experience in a team environment
- Team Leadership (Formal/Informal) experience
Additional Requirements
- Must satisfy the Company’s Conflict of Interest (COI) assessment process.
- Position must meet export control compliance requirements; a “U.S. Person” is required.
