Manage scheduling and rescheduling of intricate clinical procedures, including 4,000 surgeries, 2,000 endoscopy cases, and 300 EP services. Perform advanced clerical support by coordinating patient care activities, managing pre-operative testing, post-op appointments, and the approval process for self-pay patients. Reconcile daily financial reports and coordinate physician schedules for meetings, teaching, and inpatient rounding. Complete audits, track information, and maintain monthly/yearly schedules related to hospital block times and OR coordination. Contact the Financial Clearance Department daily to assist with prior authorizations and payment options while fulfilling all compliance responsibilities. Reports into the Practice Administrator.
