Job Summary
Producer & Project Manager, Content role focused on operations and coordination for 4ocean's content across brand, partnerships, e-commerce, and foundation. Responsible for production flow, trafficking creative requests, coordinating with partners, and maintaining a tight calendar. Oversees a team of internal and external content creators, assigns briefs, manages deliverables and timelines, provides direction and quality control, accompanies shoots to ensure shot lists are followed, translates partner/product requirements into actionable content direction, and ensures content is organized, distributed to the right platforms, and published on schedule. Manages intake/routing of creative requests, matches needs to the right creators, and maintains the master content calendar and asset libraries. Works with partner accounts to align on deliverables and deadlines, with opportunities for growth into leadership roles within the social and content organization. Growth-focused, structured, and execution-driven environment with cross-functional collaboration across cleanup crews, creative teams, account directors, and C-suite leaders.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in content production, project management, or creative operations
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Ability to read a room on set and keep production on track
- Excellent communication with creators, editors, and external partners
- Comfort with spreadsheets and production environments
- Ability to work in fast-moving environments with shifting priorities
