Producer

Producer role at Marsh McLennan Agency focused on developing existing client relationships and new business in Business Insurance (Property & Casualty, Workers Compensation, etc.), coordinating with Director of Business Insurance Sales and Practice Group Leader. Responsibilities include meeting with clients/prospects, conducting needs-based discovery, presenting capabilities to pursue Broker of Record opportunities, coordinating service delivery, strategizing sales pipelines with leadership, representing the firm at events, and maintaining CRM records (Salesforce, Sagitta, etc.). Must be capable of working both independently and with teams, thrive in a sales-driven environment, and adapt to varying pace and travel up to 15–30% in a primarily office-based setting.
