Organize and execute productions by planning and steering all logistical and organizational workflows to ensure high-quality project delivery. Create and monitor production schedules, budgets, and resource allocations while coordinating team logistics, including transport and catering. Conduct location research, secure necessary permits for shoots, and serve as the primary contact for all organizational and logistical inquiries during filming. Brief production staff on workflows, collaborate with internal departments and external partners, and maintain optimal communication channels. Continuously analyze production processes to improve efficiency while adhering to all deadlines and quality standards.
