Job Summary
Produce and oversee live sports telecasts for ESPN events, driving creative development and on-site production direction from concept through execution. Lead the production team (APs, CAs, PAs) and collaborate with senior producers and on-air talent to craft engaging content, determine formats, and manage schedules, graphics, replay, and editorial direction for assigned events. Plan and coordinate all production activities for large staff, ensure quality and adherence to company standards, provide feedback and mentorship to production crews, and coordinate with technical and operations staff to resolve issues. This role requires strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills, the ability to work nights/weekends/holidays, and willingness to travel. A minimum of 5 years of related remote or sports production experience is expected; required education includes a High School Diploma or Equivalent with preferred Bachelor's Degree. Position is based in Bristol, CT, USA with full-time employment and compensation ranging from $115,500 to $154,800 per year, plus potential bonus and benefits.
