Job Summary
Lead end-to-end pre-production planning across all video, stills, and social shoots, managing talent, props, call sheets, and budgets. Source and brief crew, ambassadors, and extras while organizing locations, permits, and on-set logistics. Build shoot schedules and run sheets, then manage external suppliers and negotiate rates with talent and agents. Own production budgets, tracking spend and flagging risks early. Lead on-set days, managing time and logistics, and make sharp real-time calls to flex around weather or technical issues. Maintain the production calendar and build long-term relationships with agencies and suppliers.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years in a producer or production role within a brand, agency, or production company
- Demonstrated track record producing shoots end to end, from brief to wrap
- Strong budget management experience, with the ability to own and reconcile shoot budgets independently
- Confident managing multiple shoots and timelines simultaneously without dropping detail
- Strong network of talent, agents, freelancers, and external suppliers (or the ability to build one quickly)
- Expert working knowledge of production paperwork including call sheets, contracts, releases, and budgets
- Calm, structured, and resourceful under shoot-day pressure
- Strong leadership presence on-set, comfortable directing crew and making real-time decisions
