Job Summary

Operates as a high-output individual contributor within a performance-driven sales environment; requires experience selling to mid-market/large employer groups and active Property & Casualty license. The role emphasizes sales performance, leadership access, and collaboration with account management, risk, and claims teams.
Required Qualifications
- Active Property & Casualty license
- Proven experience as a Commercial Insurance Producer (P&C focus)
- Existing book of business (typically $300K–$500K+ revenue)
- Track record selling to mid-market or large employer groups
