Job Summary
Identify and qualify new business opportunities through cold-calling, networking, and lead-generation strategies. Drive client satisfaction and organic growth by managing relationships and presenting tailored insurance coverage solutions to business owners and C-level executives. Achieve new business objectives established in the annual sales plan using a consultative approach to gather information and propose proposals. Requires a Property & Casualty license in good standing, 3+ years of experience in insurance brokerage or related B2B sales, and a bachelor's degree preferred.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in insurance brokerage, carrier, or related business-to-business sales
- Hold a Property & Casualty license in good standing
- Excellent listening skills with a strong customer focus
- A consultative, proactive approach to working with prospects and clients
