Job Summary
Administer producer compliance and commission payments while monitoring licensure and quoting activity for sales personnel. Collect and process appointment paperwork, facilitate system agreement maintenance, and issue commissions based on premium receipt. Ensure accurate and timely payment issuance, coordinate renewal appointments, monitor license expirations, process internal applications, and run various reports. This remote role requires a Pittsburgh, PA base and involves occasional travel to work sites.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- 6 years of related and progressive experience in lieu of Bachelor's degree
- 3 years of relevant, progressive experience in the area of specialization
- Remote based role
- Based in Pittsburgh, PA
- Travel Requirement: 0% - 25%
- Lifting: up to 10 pounds
- Lifting: 10 to 25 pounds
- Compliance with Health Insurance Portability Accountability Act of 1996 (HIPAA)
- Adherence to applicable federal and state laws, rules, and regulations
- Adherence to company policies and training requirements
