Producer (58394)

Produce new commercial lines and provide financial services to new clients while maintaining existing client retention. Work with the Commercial Lines Account Manager and directly with customers to lead and coordinate efforts, review proposals for accuracy before presenting to new or renewal clients, stay informed on markets and products offered by carriers, obtain signed finance agreements and approvals for any special financing, coordinate with Account Managers on placement of all coverage, document all transactions and communications in AMS, attend agency-wide and department meetings, and contribute to revenue/policy growth and improved customer retention. Requires strong computer skills (Microsoft Office, AMS360), 2-5 years in insurance account management, Missouri Property & Casualty license, and insurance designations such as CISR/CIC/CPCU/CLU are a plus.
