Engage with guests to learn their wants and needs, helping them create meal solutions while maintaining knowledge of products and weekly ad items. Merchandise and stock specialty items throughout the day, ensuring nearby guests receive assistance. Gather shopping carts from the parking lot and assist with general housekeeping duties across departments including Deli, Meat & Seafood, Bakery, Grocery, Produce & Floral, and Front-End. Present yourself professionally while adhering to uniform standards. This role supports The Fresh Market's mission of making everyday eating extraordinary for guests.
